Pindaloo provides a fun and addictive cognitive skill exercise for kids 6 and over, all the way up to adults! Beginners are always advised to start with the simple 'ball through the Pindaloo loop'. Then try to keep the ball moving in a continuous loop. After that you can begin to master more advanced Pindaloo tricks shown below, and even make some up yourself! Take a look.
***TIP*** If you practice on carpet or grass, the ball will fall closer to your feet - this means less chasing!
Begin by holding the Pindaloo in your hand, and rocking the ball using small circular movements. Build the motion to lift the ball out of the Pindaloo, and catch it using the other side.
As with everything else, practice makes perfect! After you've nailed the loop, try increasing the height of your throw and then it's time to master some more tricks.
Now you've improved your game, try out some intermediate tricks:
Expand your skills by swapping hands, increasing the height of the ball, juggling and bouncing the ball.
